Description

BRASILIA

Brasilia is a modern architecture laboratory , dating from the 60’s, created by architect Oscar Niemeyer , urbanist Lucio Costa and also landscaper Roberto Burle Marx. It was built in 1000 days.

I voluntarily went to Brasilia during the Rio Carnival knowing that the city would be empty at that time. The city was all mine for 10 days, walking more than 15 kilometres daily under a sun never tired I went to all corners of the city, even being arrested twice by policemen who in fact were following me on cameras for several days, they believed I was a spy for some terrorist intelligence.

This book is kind of  a logbook of my endless walks in Brasilia.
